Nightingale Nursing Times is a publication of Nightingale Institute of Nursing, Noida, since 2004. It is a monthly journal that publishes concept and research articles in the field of medical and nursing. NNT adheres to journalistic standards that require transparency of real and potential conflicts of interests that authors, editors, and reviewers may have. NNT is proud to publish a broad range of high quality research covering all areas of nursing- community health, geriatric, mental health, pediatric. It also covers topics related to nutrition, oncology, palliative care, nursing practice specializations and many more health specialities.

NNT is a forum for publication of scholarly papers that report research findings, research based review’s, and highlight relevant current perspectives in Nursing with input from eminent scholars of nursing and other health professionals. NNT welcomes submission of evidence-based clinical application papers and descriptions of best clinical practices, original research, case studies, narratives, and other manuscripts on a variety of clinical and nursing profession topics. 

Aim of the Journal

The journal aims to promote continuing education and professional development for nurses in all healthcare settings and in all domains of education, research and clinical practice. It also serves as an important academic exchange platform allowing educators, students, researchers and institutions to know the most up-to-date academic trends and seek valuable information regarding healthcare policies and practices which will be a great support in  their career development.

The journal provides a learning platform for nurses at all levels including registered nurses, nurses leaders, administrators, teaching faculty and student nurses to share their knowledge, experiences, and innovative practices to enhance the quality of nursing care and contribute to the advancement of nursing as a profession.

Mission

The journal perceives the nurse community as an important part of the healthcare system whose perspectives on health and healing can transform the patient care.

NNT works to promote excellence in professional nursing practice by providing quality content, original research papers and clinical information on time. Our mission is to disseminate knowledge on health related topics, spread awareness by acknowledging different international health days and encourage the public to address challenges in global health settings.

Nightingale Nursing Times (NNT) is concerned with the basic rules in ethics of publication and is therefore supporting the law on intellectual property. Every person publishing in NNT must accept and respect intellectual property and avoid plagiarism.

Fraud and misconduct are not condoned at any level of research. This includes plagiarism, forgery, use or presentation of other researcher’s work as one’s own and fabrication of data.
